정선교육지원청, 2025년 학교운영위원 전문성 향상을 위한 현장 연수 실시

“학교운영위원의 책무성 강화 및 정보교류를 통한 학교운영위원회 활성화”

“Strengthening Accountability of School Management Committees and Promoting Exchange of Information for their Revitalization”

정선교육지원청(교육장 이하준)은 9월 24일(수) 오전 10시, 예미농공단지 내 ‘잼있는 농부’에서 정선군 유·초·중·고 학교운영위원장을 대상으로 2025년 학교운영위원 전문성 향상을 위한 현장 연수를 실시하였다.

The Jeongseon Office of Education (Director: Ha Joon Lee) conducted on-site training on September 24 (Wed) at 10 a.m. at Jam-it-neun Farmer in the Yemi Industrial Complex, targeting the chairs of school management committees from kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools in Jeongseon County, to enhance their professionalism in 2025.

이번 연수는 전통 발효식품 제조 과정인 ‘블루베리 고추장 만들기 체험’을 통해 지역과 함께 성장하는 교육공동체를 실현하고, 학교운영위원의 역량과 리더십, 소통 능력을 배양하는 취지로 마련되었다.

This training was designed to foster a community of education that grows together with the local community by engaging in the traditional fermented food-making process of “Blueberry Gochujang”. It also aimed to strengthen the capacity, leadership, and communication skills of school management committee members.

이하준 교육장은 “정선 교육 발전과 성장을 위해 헌신적으로 노력해 주시는 학교운영위원회 위원장님들께 깊이 감사드린다.”며, “이번 연수를 통해 학교 운영의 지혜와 경험을 나누는 소중한 시간이 되기를 바란다.”고 말했다.

Director Ha Joon Lee stated, “I sincerely thank the chairs of the school management committees for their dedicated efforts toward the development and growth of education in Jeongseon,” adding, “I hope this training will serve as a valuable opportunity to share wisdom and experiences in school management.”
