강원특별자치도교육청사임당교육원, ‘사임당 마음교실’ 운영

강원특별자치도교육청사임당교육원(원장 정현경)은 9월 22일(월)부터 29일(월)까지 6일간, 사임당교육원에서 강원특별자치도 내 초등학생 115명을 대상으로 ‘사임당 마음교실’ 과정을 운영한다.

The Saimdang Education Center under the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education (Director: Jeong Hyeon-gyeong) is operating the “Saimdang Mind Classroom” program from September 22 (Mon) to 29 (Mon) for six days, targeting 115 elementary school students in the province.

이번 과정은 ‘체험 중심, 활동 중심의 교육과정 운영을 통한 인성 가치 덕목의 내면화’라는 목적 아래 6기수를 운영한다.

This program is designed to run in six sessions under the goal of “internalizing virtues and values of character through experience-based and activity-centered education.”

각 과정은 △전통문화체험(궁도) △싱잉볼 명상 △전통문화체험(한복, 다례) △초충도 그리기 △강강술래 △뉴스포츠 활동 △전통 놀이 △공동체 놀이로 구성되며 공통 프로그램과 학교 선택 프로그램으로 진행된다.

Each session consists of activities such as △traditional culture experience (archery) △singing bowl meditation △traditional culture experience (hanbok and tea ceremony) △painting “Chochungdo” (insect and flower drawings) △Ganggangsullae (traditional circle dance) △new sports activities △traditional games △community games, combining common programs with school-selected activities.

주요 활동으로는 △전통 활쏘기를 통해 집중력과 자기조절력 키우기 △싱잉볼 명상을 통해 내면과 소통하기 △전통 놀이의 소중함과 가치를 배우고, 협동·존중·배려 인성 키우기 △협동 놀이를 통한 공동체 의식과 연대성 함양 등 다채로운 활동으로 구성되어 있다.

Key activities include △enhancing concentration and self-control through traditional archery △connecting with one’s inner self through singing bowl meditation △learning the value and importance of traditional games while fostering respect, cooperation, and consideration △building community spirit and solidarity through cooperative games.

#정현경 원장은 “사임당 마음교실 과정을 통해 학생들이 자기 이해와 타인 이해를 바탕으로 협력하는 능력을 기르고, 배려와 소통이 가득한 교실 문화를 조성하겠다.”라며, “이를 통해 학교와 사회 속에서 올바른 인성을 갖춘 구성원으로 성장하도록 지원하겠다.”라고 말했다.

Director Jeong Hyeon-gyeong stated, “Through the Saimdang Mind Classroom program, students will develop cooperative abilities based on understanding themselves and others, fostering a classroom culture filled with consideration and communication. We will support them to grow into individuals with sound character within schools and society.”
