강원특별자치도교육청교육연수원, 신규 교(원)장 직무연수 운영

강원특별자치도교육청교육연수원(원장 민섭)은 9월 10일(수)부터 12일(금)까지 신규 교(원)장 직무연수를 운영하였다.
The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education Training Institute (Director: Min Seop) conducted an induction training program for newly appointed principals from September 10 (Wed) to 12 (Fri).

이번 연수는 2025년 9월 1일 자로 임용된 유치원장 1명, 초등학교장 31명, 중학교장 25명, 특수학교장 1명 등 총 58명을 대상으로 진행되었다.
The program was attended by 58 newly appointed principals as of September 1, 2025, including 1 kindergarten principal, 31 elementary school principals, 25 middle school principals, and 1 special school principal.

교육감 특강 및 주요 연수 과정 Special Lecture and Core Training Sessions

이번 연수의 주제는 “미래를 여는 학교, 더 나은 강원교육을 위한 학교장의 역할”로, 신경호 교육감이 특강을 통해 강원교육의 성과와 미래 비전을 공유하였다.

The theme of the training was “The Role of Principals in Opening the Future for Better Education in Gangwon.” Superintendent Shin Kyung-ho delivered a special lecture highlighting the achievements and future vision of Gangwon education.

교육감은 새 출발을 맞이한 교(원)장들에게 응원의 메시지를 전하며, 교사 성장 지원, 혁신적 학교 문화 조성, 안전한 교육 환경 마련을 통해 강원교육의 미래를 함께 열어갈 것을 강조하였다.

He encouraged the newly appointed principals, stressing the importance of supporting teacher growth, fostering innovative school cultures, and ensuring safe learning environments as part of shaping the future of Gangwon education.

이와 함께 △학생 맞춤형 통합 지원 △학교 내 노사관계 △학교 회계 운영 △학교 안전 및 위기 학생 지원 등 학교 운영에 필요한 실무 중심의 연수 과정이 이어졌다.

The training also featured practical sessions essential for school management, covering △student-centered integrated support, △labor-management relations, △school finance management, and △supporting student safety and crisis response.

민섭 원장은 “이번 연수를 통해 더 나은 강원교육을 실현하기 위해서는 교(원)장의 교육철학과 실천 의지가 무엇보다 중요하다”고 강조하며,
Director Min Seop stated, “To realize better education in Gangwon, the educational philosophy and commitment of principals are of the utmost importance.”

“앞으로도 교(원)장이 자신의 역할을 성찰하고, 소통과 협력의 학교 문화를 조성하는 리더십을 강화할 수 있도록 다양한 연수 프로그램을 지원하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
