강원특별자치도에 등장한 ‘반려견 인턴’..Gangwon Launches “Pet Interns

강원특별자치도와 강원관광재단은 반려동물과 함께하는 관광 콘텐츠를 확산하기 위한 시민 참여형 홍보 프로젝트 ‘강원 댕턴즈’의 인턴 임명장 수여식을 개최했다.

Gangwon Province and the Gangwon Tourism Organization held an appointment ceremony for “Gangwon Dangternz,” a citizen-driven promotional project aimed at promoting pet-friendly tourism content.

올해는 총 7명의 인턴과 8마리의 반려견이 선발되었으며, 이들은 7월부터 11월까지 강원 곳곳을 여행하며 콘텐츠를 제작한다.

This year, 7 interns and 8 companion dogs were selected. From July to November, they will travel across Gangwon to create and share pet-travel content.

수여식에서는 사업 설명, 임명장 수여, 기념 촬영 및 간담회가 이어졌으며, 인턴들과의 소통을 통해 향후 방향에 대한 의견도 나눴다.

The ceremony included an introduction to the project, presentation of certificates, a photo session, and a luncheon discussion to exchange ideas for future activities.

강원관광재단 최성현 대표는 “반려동물 동반 관광 수요 증가에 발맞춰, 강원 댕턴즈 활동이 강원의 관광 매력을 높이는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.

Choi Sung-hyun, CEO of the Gangwon Tourism Organization, stated, “As demand for pet-friendly travel grows, we hope the Gangwon Dangternz will boost awareness and visits to Gangwon’s tourism sites.”

재단은 앞으로도 참여형 콘텐츠와 온라인 감성 홍보를 통해 반려동물과 함께 안전하게 즐길 수 있는 강원형 관광 환경 조성에 나설 계획이다.

The foundation plans to continue creating a pet-inclusive tourism environment through engaging content and emotional online marketing, ensuring both physical and emotional safety for travelers and pets.
