[news release] 한문철 변호사 초청, 범도민 교통안전특강 개최

강원특별자치도(도지사#김진태)와 한국교통안전공단 강원본부는 6월 30일(월) 오후 2시, 춘천시 평생학습관 대강당(5층)에서 교통사고 분석 전문가인 한문철 변호사를 초청해 ‘교통사고 안 내고, 안 당하기’를 주제로 교통안전 특강을 개최한다.

Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Governor Kim Jin-tae) and the Korea Transportation Safety Authority’s Gangwon Branch will host a special traffic safety lecture at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 30, at the Grand Auditorium (5th floor) of the Chuncheon Lifelong Learning Center, featuring traffic accident analysis expert Attorney Han Moon-chul. The lecture is titled “Avoid Causing and Getting into Traffic Accidents.”

특강을 진행할 한문철 변호사는 교통 분야 소송만 7,000여 건을 맡아온 교통사고 전문 변호사로, 최근 <한문철의 블랙박스 리뷰> 등 다수의 교통 관련 방송에 출연하며 대중적 인지도를 쌓아왔다.

Attorney Han Moon-chul, who will lead the lecture, is a renowned traffic accident lawyer with experience in handling over 7,000 traffic-related lawsuits. He has gained public recognition through appearances on numerous traffic safety programs, including the popular show Han Moon-chul’s Black Box Review.

이번 강의에서는 블랙박스 영상 속 다양한 사례를 중심으로 도민들이 실생활에 활용할 수 있는 교통안전 지식을 전하며, 강원특별자치도에 맞춘 실용적인 교통수칙도 함께 소개할 예정이다.

The lecture will present a variety of real-life cases captured on black box footage, providing residents with practical traffic safety knowledge. It will also introduce practical traffic rules and guidelines tailored to the circumstances in Gangwon Province.

이번 특강은 강원특별자치도민 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 현장 230석은 선착순 입장으로 운영된다.

Any resident of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province is welcome to attend. Seating is limited to approximately 230 on a first-come, first-served basis.

이종구 강원특별자치도 건설교통국장은 “앞으로도 도민 대상 교통안전 교육 기회를 지속적으로 마련하여 선진적인 교통안전 문화 정착을 위해 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Lee Jong-gu, Director of the Gangwon Provincial Department of Construction and Transportation, stated, “We will continue to provide traffic safety education opportunities for residents to help establish an advanced culture of traffic safety in our province.”
