“추석연휴 안전 대응 총력”… 김진태 지사, 119 상황실 점검 및 격려

김진태 강원특별자치도지사는 10월 4일(토), 소방본부 119종합상황실을 방문해 추석 명절 특별경계 근무 중인 대원들을 격려했다.

On October 4 (Saturday), Kim Jin-tae, Governor of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, visited the Fire Headquarters’ 119 Integrated Control Room to encourage the firefighters and emergency personnel on special duty during the Chuseok holidays.

김 지사는 오승훈 소방본부장으로부터 명절 특별경계근무에 대한 전반적인 사항을 보고받고, 주요 안전사고와 모니터링 상황, 긴급상황 발생 시 응급이송체계 등 대응 준비 상황을 점검했다.

Governor Kim received a comprehensive briefing from Fire Chief Oh Seung-hoon on the province’s special emergency response operations during the holidays. He also inspected the preparedness for handling major safety incidents, real-time monitoring, and emergency transport systems in case of urgent situations.

이번 추석 연휴를 맞아 도 소방본부는 2일부터 10일까지 소방공무원과 의용소방대원 14,255명과 장비 803대를 투입해 도내 모든 소방서에서 특별경계근무에 돌입했다.

In preparation for the Chuseok holidays, the Gangwon Fire Headquarters has deployed 14,255 firefighting personnel, including volunteer firefighters, and 803 units of equipment across all fire stations in the province for special emergency operations from October 2 to 10.

한편, 국가정보자원관리원 화재로 장애가 발생했던 신고접수시스템(119위치정보, 다매체 신고)은 10월 1일 복구를 완료해 정상 운영 중이며, 현장활동 지원 관련 12개 시스템은 현재 부분 복구 단계에 있다. 이에 따라 소방청 장애대책본부가 가동 중이며, 도 종합상황실은 비상대응 1단계를 유지하고 있다.

Meanwhile, the 119 emergency reporting systems (including location and multimedia reporting), which were disrupted due to the fire at the National Information Resources Service, were fully restored on October 1 and are now operating normally. Twelve related field operation support systems are in partial recovery, while the National Fire Agency’s Emergency Response Task Force remains active and the provincial control center continues to maintain Level 1 emergency readiness.

김진태 지사는 “명절 연휴 묵묵히 일하는 여러분 덕분에 도민을 비롯해 강원도를 찾는 방문객이 편안한 명절 연휴를 보낼 수 있는 것”이라며 감사의 인사를 전했다. 또한 “모든 요구조자를 내 가족이라 생각하고 최선을 다해 임무에 임해 달라”고 당부했다.

Governor Kim expressed his gratitude, saying, “Thanks to your dedication and hard work during the holidays, both our residents and visitors to Gangwon can enjoy a safe and peaceful Chuseok.” He added, “Please continue to treat every person in need as if they were your own family, and carry out your duties with utmost commitment.”
